Wholesale Liquidation Lots for eBay & Amazon Sellers, From One Pallet to a Full Truckload

Most wholesalers won’t sell you anything under a full container. We will. Union Warehouses buys clearance, closeout, overstock, and bankrupt stock at 10–30¢ on the dollar and resells it in lots small enough for a sole trader and large enough for a chain — shipping from 34+ U.S. warehouses. No minimum order. No container wait.

The short version

What is a liquidation pallet?

A liquidation pallet is a mixed lot of retail merchandise — overstock, customer returns, shelf pulls, or closeouts — sold in bulk at a steep discount off retail. Union Warehouses buys these lots directly from national retailers and manufacturers, sorts them by category and condition, and resells them by the case, pallet, or truckload from 34+ U.S. warehouses.

The economics are simple. Retailers need distressed inventory gone — returns processing, seasonal resets, discontinued SKUs, canceled orders, warehouse overflow. We buy it at 10–30¢ on the dollar of retail value. You buy it from us at a price that leaves room to resell at 2–5× your cost, depending on category, condition grade, and how much sorting you’re willing to do.

Because the goods are already in the United States, there is no 30–60 day ocean transit, no customs clearance, no minimum container quantity, and no tariff exposure on the load you buy today. That is the whole advantage: domestic inventory, below import wholesale, available now.

And unlike most wholesalers, we don’t gate the good stock behind a minimum order that only a warehouse chain can afford. Buy one case to test a category. Buy a pallet a week to keep bins full. Buy four truckloads to fill a container. The price ladder rewards volume — the door doesn’t require it.

Nine condition grades

Know exactly what you’re buying

Condition grade is the single biggest driver of your sell-through rate. Every load we list is graded before it ships. Here is what each grade means in plain English — and who it suits.

A

New Overstock

Factory-sealed, never sold. Excess production or canceled orders. Highest sell-through, lowest discount.

Best for: retail stores, Amazon FBA

A

Master Case

Sealed cases of a single SKU, uniform quantity. No sorting, predictable margin, easy to list.

Best for: online sellers, wholesalers

B

Shelf Pulls

Pulled from store shelves — unsold, undamaged, may have price stickers or shopworn packaging.

Best for: discount stores, flea markets

B

Customer Returns

Returned to the retailer for any reason. Most function fine; expect a portion needing testing or repack.

Best for: bin stores, eBay, swap meets

B

Refurbished

Tested, repaired, and restored to working order. Often certified. Strong margins on electronics.

Best for: electronics resellers

C

Irregulars

Cosmetic or manufacturing imperfections. Fully usable, sold as-is at a deep discount.

Best for: flea markets, outlet tables

C

Salvage / Defective

Known damage or non-working units. Bought for parts, repair, or scrap recovery. Cheapest per unit.

Best for: repair shops, parts sellers

C

Mixed / Assorted

Multiple grades in one load. Lowest blended cost, highest variance. Sort well and the margin is real.

Best for: experienced bin-store operators

S

Store Returns — Untouched

Sealed return pallets, never opened or picked. Nothing removed. Pure lottery pricing, full upside intact.

Best for: live-sale & unboxing sellers

The pricing lever

Three manifest tiers — you choose the risk

A manifest is the itemized list of what is on a load. The more detail you get before you buy, the more you pay. Union Warehouses prices every load against one of three manifest tiers, so you decide exactly how much certainty you want to buy and how much margin you want to leave on the table.

Tier 1

Fully Manifested

Highest cost · Lowest risk

  • Line-by-line SKU, UPC, quantity, and retail value
  • Downloadable, sortable spreadsheet before purchase
  • Condition noted per line item
  • You can price your resale before you wire funds

Who buys this: retail stores and Amazon sellers who need to model margin and avoid restricted brands.

Tier 3

Unmanifested

Lowest cost · Highest risk

  • Category and condition grade only
  • Sealed and unpicked — nothing cherry-picked out
  • Deepest cost-per-unit we offer
  • Best upside, and the honest chance of a flat load

Who buys this: volume operators and live-sale sellers who average their results across many loads.

Our advice, plainly: if this is your first load, start at Tier 1 or Tier 2. Buy the certainty. Learn your sell-through rate on a category you already know. Move down to Tier 3 once you have the data to average across loads — not before.

34+ FOB points

Freight is the hidden cost. We shrink it.

Union Warehouses ships from 34+ FOB warehouses across the United States, which puts roughly 80% of the country within two-day ground transit. We quote your load from the closest warehouse holding it — so the freight bill that quietly eats a reseller’s margin stays small.

Most liquidation buyers underestimate freight until the invoice lands. A pallet moving 2,400 miles can cost more to ship than the goods on it. Because our footprint spans every major region, we route your order from the nearest stocking point instead of the only one.

Primary shipping regions

  • West — Los Angeles, Inland Empire, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Seattle, Portland
  • Southwest — Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Oklahoma City
  • Midwest — Chicago, Indianapolis, Columbus, Kansas City, Minneapolis
  • Southeast — Atlanta, Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Charlotte, Nashville, Memphis
  • Northeast — New Jersey, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Boston, Upstate New York

Our story

Built by a seller who couldn’t buy

Union Warehouses exists because our founder, Sam, hit the same wall every small reseller hits. He was making a living selling on eBay, Amazon, and his own site — but almost every wholesaler he approached demanded minimum orders no sole trader could afford. So he became the supplier he couldn’t find.

Sam started out buying goods from wholesale suppliers and reselling them online. It worked well enough that he gave up his day job. As the trading grew, the bottleneck stopped being demand and started being supply: the wholesalers willing to sell to the public were few, and the ones with real stock wanted container-scale orders.

Rather than accept that ceiling, he expanded into wholesale supply himself — selling job lots to other individual traders on the terms he had wanted as a buyer. Union Warehouses, part of United Business Service, is the result: a wholesale liquidation supplier built specifically for eBay and Amazon sellers, market traders, and independent shops, alongside the retailers and exporters who buy by the truckload.

“I was surprised by how viable it was to make money online.”

Liquidation buying questions

How much does a liquidation pallet cost?

Most liquidation pallets run between $400 and $3,500, depending on category, condition grade, and manifest tier. General merchandise returns sit at the low end; manifested electronics and new overstock sit at the high end. Full truckloads of 20–26 pallets typically range from $6,000 to $30,000.

Price is always quoted FOB — freight from the shipping warehouse is separate and quoted at the time of reservation. Ask for the nearest FOB point to your address and the delivered number will almost always improve.

What is the difference between manifested and unmanifested loads?

A manifested load comes with an itemized list of every SKU, quantity, and retail value before you buy. An unmanifested load discloses only category and condition. Manifested loads cost more per unit because you are buying certainty; unmanifested loads cost less because you are absorbing the risk.

Our middle tier — partially manifested — gives you category breakdowns, unit counts, and top brands without line-item detail. It is where most experienced resellers buy.

Can I buy just one pallet, or do I need a full truckload?

You can buy a single case or a single pallet. There is no minimum order at Union Warehouses. Most new buyers start with one or two pallets to test sell-through in a category they already know, then scale to multi-pallet or truckload volume once their numbers hold.

Truckload pricing is meaningfully lower per unit, so buyers who can move volume should ladder up as soon as their sell-through rate justifies it.

How much can I actually make reselling liquidation inventory?

Experienced resellers typically recover 2–5× their load cost, before freight and labor. Manifested new-overstock loads land at the lower, more predictable end. Unmanifested returns loads carry the widest spread — excellent on a good load, flat on a bad one.

The honest caveat: your return depends far more on your sales channel and your willingness to sort, test, and photograph than on the load itself. Anyone promising you a guaranteed multiple is selling you something.

How fast can I get inventory?

Loads typically ship within one to three business days of confirmed payment, and roughly 80% of the United States is within two-day ground transit of one of our 34+ FOB warehouses. Most domestic buyers have inventory on their dock inside a week.

Will-call pickup at the FOB warehouse is available same-day or next-day on most loads if you are running your own truck.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Union Warehouses consolidates and loads ocean containers for export buyers in Latin America, the Caribbean, West Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. We handle warehouse consolidation, container loading, and export documentation; the buyer arranges or nominates the freight forwarder.

Export buyers generally buy partially manifested or unmanifested truckloads to maximize declared value per cubic foot.

Are returns or refunds available on liquidation loads?

Liquidation inventory is sold as-is and all sales are final — this is standard across the industry and it is what makes the pricing possible. What we do guarantee is that the load you receive matches the manifest tier, category, and condition grade you were quoted.

If a load is materially misrepresented, contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

Where does your inventory come from?

Directly from national retailers, manufacturers, and distributors clearing overstock, customer returns, shelf pulls, closeouts, and canceled orders. We buy at the source rather than reselling another broker’s load, which is why our cost basis — and therefore your price — stays low.

Our partnership network, including Via Trading, keeps a continuous flow of graded inventory moving across all 15+ categories every week.
